One Za’abeel – Façade Works by ALEC Facades

‍ALEC Facades contributed to the landmark One Za’abeel development in Dubai, delivering façade works for one of the city’s most iconic mixed-use projects. Located between Dubai World Trade Centre and Za’abeel Park, the development comprises two towers connected by the world’s longest cantilevered sky concourse, “The Link,” creating a striking architectural statement on the Dubai skyline.

The façade package required a high level of technical precision, coordination, and quality control to meet the project’s demanding architectural and performance requirements. ALEC Facades’ scope supported the seamless integration of complex envelope elements across the towers and associated structures, including the canopy, which formed an important architectural feature of the development.
